Registration for in-person (see table beblow for detailed registration fees) and virtual participation (virtual participation is free of charge) to the SBW2024 is closed! The last day to register was October 1, 2024.

(*) Students include all PhD students as well as Master students who are currently in their final year working on their thesis project.
No-show fees
Participation in the SBW is free of charge for students and postdocs at Swedish Universities. However, if you register as an on-site participant and do not attend the event (no-show) your institution will be invoiced 1,000 SEK. Other academic and non-academic participants will be invoiced the registration fee. Please provide a valid invoice address upon registration including reference codes to the paying project. Cancellation via email to info@sbw2024.org is free until October 21, 2024.
Please note that the SBW cannot invoice individuals.
